By using services from iFixLabs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Repair Service
iFixLabs provides mobile phone repair services and related technical assistance.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are advised to:
- Back up important data before repair
- Remove personal accounts if necessary
- Inform us of any existing issues with the device
Pre-Existing Damage
iFixLabs is not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:
- Water damage
- Previous repair damage
- Bent frames or damaged internals
- Weak or cracked displays
- Battery swelling
- Existing motherboard faults
Repair Risks
While we handle devices carefully, some repairs may involve risks due to the condition of the device. Customers acknowledge that certain hidden issues may appear during or after repair.
If damage is clearly caused by our repair process, iFixLabs will take responsibility accordingly.
Warranty Policy
We provide a 30-day limited warranty for hardware faults related to the repaired part or service.
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Physical damage
- Water damage
- Drops or impact damage
- Mishandling
- Software issues
- Damage caused by other repair attempts
Warranty claims are subject to inspection by iFixLabs.
Pricing
Prices may vary depending on device model, part availability, and repair complexity. Additional travel charges may apply outside Selangor and Kuala Lumpur.
Right to Refuse Service
iFixLabs reserves the right to refuse service for devices that are heavily damaged, modified, unsafe, or suspected of illegal activity.
